Cozy stay with a sauna
The Polar Suite was super luxurious, especially with the private sauna. Breakfast was amazing, always refilled. Mark at the front desk were very good too help us out. Just a bummer there's no on-site restaurant, but there are plenty of places nearby.

A cozy corner for winter nights
The hotel's unique charm was upgraded with the local artwork displayed throughout. Breakfast was a good surprise with fresh local treats.
The seating options in communal areas felt limited, making it tough to relax with a warm drink during peak hours in the lounge.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. I loved the Polar Double Room Sauna. It was spacious and cozy. The private sauna really amplified my experience after a long day. The breakfast spread impressed me with a variety of delicious options, especially the Finnish rye bread and fresh pastries. Staff were attentive, always willing to help-Laura particularly stood out for her cute demeanor. I did face some minor annoyances, like the noise from the guests above and the slightly limited dining options in the hotel during peak times. The check-in process could also be streamlined a bit, as it felt a tad slow at times. Still, these didn't overshadow my overall enjoyment.

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
I also found the lack of earplugs frustrating, as I had to go to reception to address the issue. To make matters worse, the room lacked adequate privacy due to its location, allowing passersby to see inside.

Central location made it easy to explore shops and cafes, with a good restaurant next door. The Magic Twin Room was spacious, stylish, and soundproof. Breakfast offered a plethora of options, including fresh French pastries. The dining area felt slightly cramped during peak hours. A slight downside was the initial room allocation, which lacked privacy and natural light until a better room was provided for an extra cost.
